fast42 list launch

After three months of rigorous groundwork and indepth data analysis, Inc42 proudly presents the fourth edition of FAST42 — the definitive ranking of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands.

Announced in November last year, this edition saw over 250 applications from across the country and various D2C sub-segments. These brands collectively generated over INR 3,500 Cr ($400 Mn) in revenue, secured INR 1,700 Cr ($200 Mn+) in funding, and created 14,000+ jobs nationwide.

After a meticulous evaluation of revenue growth and business scalability, we are excited to reveal India’s most coveted list of high-growth D2C brands.

For the shortlisting, brands with a minimum revenue of INR 1 Cr in FY22 and a top-line growth of at least INR 7 Cr in FY24 were considered. Additionally, only privately held D2C brands with annual revenues not exceeding INR 100 Cr in any financial year were shortlisted for the ranking.

FAST42 ranking is a celebration of innovation, resilience and impact, which serves as an inspiration for aspiring founders and a definitive list for investors, industry leaders, and key stakeholders tracking India’s dynamic consumer market.

Powered by partners like Nitro, Emiza, Simpl, Amazon Shipping, Rukam Capital, and Vinculum, FAST42 not only recognises standout D2C brands but also provides them with unparalleled visibility within Inc42’s extensive network of readers, investors and ecosystem enablers.

For this year’s edition, we handpicked the most promising D2C brands based on their innovation, scalability, and strong market presence — spotlighting those shaping the future of India’s thriving $300 Bn+ digital-first consumer market.

The FAST42 list was unveiled today in Gurugram by Shri Sanjiv, joint secretary, DPIIT, Sanjeev Bikhchandani, founder, Info Edge; Aman Gupta, cofounder & CMO, boAt; Pooja Sareen, cofounder & editor in chief, Inc42; Vaibhav Vardhan, cofounder & CEO, Inc42; Umair Mohammed, cofounder & CEO, Nitro; Ajay Rao, founder & CEO, Emiza and Nitya Sharma, cofounder & CEO, Simpl, at an exclusive event attended by over 100 D2C founders, investors, and industry stakeholders.

Based on the growth rate achieved by these businesses between FY22 and FY24, we now present India’s fastest-growing D2C brands, which have a consolidated revenue of INR 1,300 Cr and have created over 4,000 jobs.
